Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We will assist you with any necessary information to ensure that you are properly reimbursed. We have experienced staff on hand to answer any questions you may have. To help us with your insurance filing, please provide us with a copy of your insurance card or a completed claims form at your first visit.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party should let us know of those changes so we can help you with the transition.
